5. Check your internet speed @ http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest- choose LA as place to test connection with
6. Update Flash Player @ http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer – should aim for Flash Version 9
7. Turn Pop Up Blocker off or put www.instantpresenter.com on your allowed list
8. Clear your Internet Cache and Cookies. Go to Internet Explorer, Internet Options, Delete Temporary Files and Cookies
9. Walk through the Microphone and/or Webcam Set up
